Working with Zahra has been a great way to process my own thoughts and dig into my own weaknesses with a supportive guide. I always left sessions feeling like I had a new insight about myself and a way of tackling a challenge the next time it came up. Zahra has a natural way of listening, asking thoughtful questions and occasionally summarizing what she’s hearing. After working with Zahra for three months, I feel more confident in knowing my own impulses that aren’t serving me and the steps to take to address them. I feel more prepared to tackle difficult conversations. Zahra also helped me to prioritize the things that I value and challenged me to honor those priorities in my life.
